Abstract

The article is devoted to the justification of the proposed methodological approach to the evaluation of the level of financial and economic security of the transport industry through the implementation of the taxonomy method based on the system of particular, to the determination of significant factors that influence was performed on integral indicator of its state, and to identification of reserves for its improvement in the regional context. The presence of negative conditions to provide the required state of the financial and economic security of the transport industry at the regional level is justified. A significant level of the disproportionality of regional development and the irregularity of effectiveness of their economic activities are defined in the article.
