Abstract

Рассмотрены имеющиеся определения понятия «комплекс маркетинга». Исходя из различий между ними, особенностей функционирования транспорта, предложено определение комплекса маркетинга в предприятиях транспорта. Для этих предприятий предложен состав компонент и их слагаемых. Предложена общая схема маркетингового обслуживания потребителей транспортных услуг.We consider the existing definition of "marketing mix".
