Abstract

In article questions are exposed of forming and strategy is presented of still human development of railway transport of Ukraine, which is developed taking into account the negative, retentive and perspective, breach tendencies of contemporaneity, the changes are marked, which it is necessary to carry out in the system of the personnel training for industry.
