Strategies for change of the enterprise

Abstract

In the article reviewed approaches to defining the essence of strategy of changes and additions to their constructive strategy focused on knowledge, according to the present conditions of economic enterprises, clarifying certain provisions of resistance to change in the implementation constructive strategy that is focused on knowledge. It is based on the choice of the basic methods and tools to influence the process of change, based on predicting and diagnosing the problem, searching for the solution of it through staff education and experience of employees. Using an individual approach to explain the essence of change, the benefits of the operation of the enterprise and improve the functions of staff. Structured types of changes in the degree of their scope of business: local, radical and significant. Significant changes in the environment include both the expected components (demographic, social, technical, technological, ecological processes, load, transport routes) and unpredictable situations that are accompanied by bifurcational effects that change the market base and qualitative behavior of enterprises with little change in its parameters (indicators). The approach to formation strategies of changes involves their integration into modern realities of business, existing resource capabilities and the ability of staff to self development through informatization of society, the use of the knowledge economy.
