Analysis of money supply in Ukraine

Abstract

The event of recent global economic and financial crisis has proven that currency stability is a necessary condition for achieving the strategic goals of economic development. A characteristic feature and a significant economic achievement over the last three years have been to achieve and maintain the stability of the currency. The basis of the purpose of the article is to analyze the volume and composition of the money supply and Ukraine over the past five years. This paper analyzes the state of the money supply Ukraine for the period 2008-2013 y.y. Particular attention is paid to the study of the dynamics of changes in monetary aggregates, the coefficient of cash and monetization. Quantified the level of safety of money market of Ukraine and the dollarization of the national economy. The factors that influenced the current state of the country's money supply and causes of dollarization of the national economy.
