Abstract

В статті розглянуто теоретико-методичні рекомендації щодо створення системи управління витратами. Розроблено структуру відповідної проблемної області. Визначено цілі, об’єкти, суб’єкти, методи, інструменти, функції системи управління витратами. Розкрито сутність, зміст та особливості процесу управління витратами у взаємозв’язку з розробкою стратегії розвитку підприємства. Визначено концептуальне підґрунтя удосконалення облікової інформації в напрямку забезпечення її превентивності, збільшення контрольно-аналітичних можливостей та розширення кола об’єктів облікового спостереження. Подано обґрунтування необхідності формування системи управління витратами ланцюгами створення вартості.
