Abstract

A conclusion is grounded, that one of the essential characteristics of a transformation economy is the presence and prevalence of erroneous views as to nature and maintenance of the certain economic phenomena, except for traditional views also. This views are consciously being expanded with the purpose to preserve the erroneous views in public consciousness and to manipulate with it. Such way of manipulating, in the conditions of the clan-oligarchic state and economy, is the important instrument in the maintainance of oligarchic clans and continuation of braking of urgent socio-economic transformations.
