Estimation of attractiveness of mass bank service for clients

Abstract

The estimation of attractiveness of mass bank service and its constituents is considered. On the example of joint-stock company of «Erste Bank» the estimation of attractiveness of such service, as deposit, is conducted on a year with monthly interest payment.
