Abstract

Сегодня когнитивные технологии это не просто сфера исследований, а целая промышленность, многомиллиардные бюджеты очень крупных фирм. Когнитивный менеджмент это и новое направление в развитии менеджмента. У российских организаций, которые затевают определенные преобразования, есть главная и совершенно конкретная цель приближение к мировым стандартам. Не инженер-экономист или бухгалтер, или маркетолог, а именно менеджер-аналитик человек, принимающий управленческие и организационные изменения, становится ведущим игроком в организации. Поэтому в будущем в любой отечественной организации должны работать не один или ряд «рукотворных гениев», а менеджеры-аналитики. Используя технологии работы, менеджер-аналитик со знаниями одновременно оказывает воздействие на две сферы интересов поддерживает индивидуальное развитие сотрудников и оказывает поддержку организационной эффективности. В своей работе менеджер-аналитик выявляет патологии (болезни) в организации с применением когнитивных технологий, использует когнитивные карты. В статье приводится методика проведения когнитивных исследований организации.
