Опыт Повышения Квалификации Педагогов В Условиях Инклюзивного Обучения

Abstract

В статье представлен анализ оригинального опыта организации курсов повышения квалификации педагогов для работы в условиях инклюзивного образования по авторской программе Р.Г. Аслаевой. Автор статьи подробно проанализировал цели, задачи, содержание программы и результаты подготовки педагогов к работе в условиях инклюзивного образования. Опыт повышения квалификации представлен в контексте компетентностной образовательной парадигмы, ориентированной на деятельностный подход. Достоинством является использование информационно-компьютерных технологий при проведении занятий, в том числе презентаций. Слушатели курсов включены в проектную деятельность. В статье отмечается, что сформированные компетенции соответствуют современному заказу, позволяют педагогам продуктивно обучать детей с ОВЗ. Сделан вывод о том, что педагогический подход Р.Г. Аслаевой к условиям реализации инклюзии в образовании является новаторским и имеет научно-педагогическое и учебнометодическое обоснование.
