Abstract

В статье отражены сведения о проблеме трудоустройства людей с инвалидностью, а также предложены актуальные методы содействия трудоустройству выпускникам вузов, относящихся к категории инвалидов и лиц с ОВЗ. Даны четкие рекомендации по созданию структур на базе университетов, ответственных за содействие трудоустройству инвалидов. Отражены предложения по структуре базы данных учета инвалидов и лиц с ОВЗ в вузах с целью успешного содействия их трудоустройству. Описаны передовые практики создания творческих и производственных мастерских, позволяющих выявить индивидуальные склонности к профессии у людей с инвалидностью. Приведены методики социальной адаптации инвалидов и лиц с ОВЗ. Предложены новые методы закрепления инвалидов на рабочих местах посредством сопровождения на рабочем месте в адаптационный период.
