Abstract

В статье всесторонне рассмотрены и даны разъяснения по основным аспектам вопроса по выбору способа управления многоквартирным жилым домом (МЖД) на основе и в рамках Закона Республики Казахстан «О жилищных отношениях». Рассмотрены основные положения жилищного законодательства РК в свете обеспечения выполнения обязанностей собственника жилья и отстаивания своих интересов.
