Abstract

Динамика экономического развития в целом зависит от развития сельского хозяйства посредством обеспечения трудовых ресурсов продовольствием. Незначительная доля вклада аграрного сектора в валовой внутренний продукт обусловлена занятостью населения. Для экономического развития необходимо увеличивать привлекательность труда аграриев. Увеличение уровня экономического развития страны взаимозависимо от уровня производительности труда в сельском хозяйстве. В настоящее время динамика численности населения, занятого в сельском хозяйстве, неблагоприятна для развития этого вида экономической деятельности. Таким образом, необходимо государственное регулирование стабильного и устойчивого развития сельского хозяйства и его трудовых ресурсов посредством программ перспективного развития, разрабатываемых и для экономики в целом, и для отдельных видов экономической деятельности как на уровне национальной, так и региональной экономики.
