Abstract

В статье предпринята попытка шире взглянуть на проблемы организации научно-исследовательской работы (НИР) в университете. В этом контексте авторы выделяют четыре основные составляющие: выполнение научных исследований, их ресурсное обеспечение, апробацию и внедрение результатов научных исследований, научно-образовательную деятельность. Особое внимание уделяется особенностям организации НИР на кафедрах. В статье особое внимание уделяется вопросам: выбора стратегических направлений исследований; управления персоналом; организации исследований; бюджетирования. По мнению авторов, ключевой задачей является увязка их решения между собой в долгосрочном, среднесрочном и краткосрочном планах.
