Перспективные Сценарии Развития Территории Крупных Городов

Abstract

В данной статье раскрывается теоретическое понятие «глобальный город», определено его место и роль в системе территориального расселения с учетом экономической категории «потенциал», указаны наиболее актуальные проблемы, характерные для территории такого города. Выделены и проанализированы такие понятия, как рост, развитие и функционирование. Выявлена актуальность и проведен анализ стратегически важных документов для перспектив пространственного развития крупных городов (Стратегия, Концепция), рассмотрена их сущность, приведены актуальные примеры. В работе дана оценка существующей Стратегии и Концепции в рамках градостроительного будущего на примере Санкт-Петербурга. Кроме этого, предложены практические сценарии по развитию городской территории с точки зрения зональной застройки и сценарии развития территорий при выделении специализированных территориально-экономических зон.
