Abstract

В статье рассматривается актуальная на сегодняшний день проблема информационного обеспечения управления лесным хозяйством, важной отрасли в стране. Описаны особенности лесного хозяйства, формализованы институциональные основы организации и управления, выявлена архитектура системы управления в модели организационных структур Г. Минцберга, описаны основные бизнес-процессы отрасли на основе воспроизводственной схемы леса с учетом функциональных особенностей и специфики лесного хозяйства. На основании выявленных управленческих бизнес-процессов сформулированы предложения по информационному обеспечению органов управления на всех уровнях структуры в достоверной и своевременной информации о состоянии, динамике и экономической оценке лесного фонда при принятии решений по распоряжению, пользованию и владению лесами.
