Abstract

В статье обоснована необходимость комплексного подхода к оценке эффективности деятельности ТСЖ по управлению многоквартирными домами. Предложена модель интегрального рейтинга товариществ собственников жилья на основе оценки технологического, управленческого, информационного, социального компонентов эффективного управления многоквартирными домами, являющаяся инструментом повышения общественного контроля, прозрачности деятельности товариществ собственников жилья, расширения степени участия граждан в управлении собственной недвижимостью.
