Abstract

В настоящей статье представлена оценка реформирования жилищно-коммунального хозяйства в России. Обоснована необходимость обеспечения непрерывного развития ЖКХ, т. е. ежегодно должны осуществляться работы по модернизации систем, по поддержанию их работоспособности и ежегодно должно осуществляться приращение мощностей в этих системах.
