Abstract

Развитие жилищного строительства всегда являлось предметом повышенного внимания в Республике Башкортостан. Государственная жилищная политика является одновременно частью государственной экономической и социальной политики. В данной статье рассмотрен ввод в эксплуатацию жилых домов, задачи создания условий для новых форм улучшения жилищных условий федеральными органами и региональными властями, совершенствование законодательной и нормативной базы в жилищном секторе и стимулирование проведения преобразований на местах.
