Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности перехода к инновационной модели экономического роста. Сформулированы причины, приводящие к неудачам при проведении реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов современных организаций. Сформулированы требования к команде по реинжинирингу. Показаны подходы проведения одного из самых важных этапов реинжиниринга построения модели организации «как должно быть».
