Abstract

В работе представлена оценка состояния жилищно-коммунального хозяйства в Украине. Дана подробная характеристика жилищного фонда. Показана проблема устаревшего и аварийного жилищного фонда. Раскрыты нормативно-правовые, экономические, социальные, организационные и инженерно-технические проблемы функционирования жилищного хозяйства. Рассмотрены основные направления реформирования ЖКХ в Украине.
