Abstract

В работе показывается значимость и важность выбора способа управления многоквартирными домами. Рассматривается институт собственников помещений, рынок управленческих услуг, характеристика жилищного фонда г. о. Самара, деятельность управляющих организаций, создание совета многоквартирного дома. Представлена схема взаимодействия органов власти с организациями, осуществляющими деятельность по управлению многоквартирными домами.
