Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены проблемы жизненно важных аспектов проживания и работы в социуме, предоставления гражданам возможности определения формы управления многоквартирными домами. Проанализированы основные цели реформирования жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. Сделаны выводы в результате анализа документации ремонтно-эксплуатационных участков. Проведены анализы структуры и деятельности предприятий жилищно-коммунального хозяйства в городе Кумертау. Изучены опыты организаций городов Республики Башкортостан, России, Европы.
