Abstract

В статье рассматривается актуальность модернизации в сфере жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. Приведен статистический опрос и анализ мнения населения России о наиболее актуальных вопросах в развитии ЖКХ. Условиями, способствующими распространению правового нигилизма, являются несовершенство законодательства Российской Федерации. Выявлены факторы, влияющие на формирование правовой культуры и позитивного типа правосознания и поведения населения. Определена ситуация в сфере ЖКХ Республики Башкортостан. Детерминированы совокупные проблемы и предложены меры по повышению эффективности деятельности жилищно-коммунального хозяйства.
