Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены формы управления жилищно-коммунальным хозяйством, от которых напрямую зависит качество предоставления жителям региона коммунальных услуг, услуг по техническому и санитарному обслуживанию зданий, а также проведение необходимых ремонтных и профилактических работ для обеспечения необходимыми ресурсами (вода, газ, электрическая и тепловая энергия). Рассмотрены вопросы создания комфортных условий проживания и работы населения. Произведен анализ действующих и эффективных способов управления многоквартирным домом и предложены наиболее ресурсоэнергоэффективные.
