Механизм Повышения Качества Предоставления Жилищно-Коммунальных Услуг

Abstract

В статье рассматривается модель разрывов, позволяющая выявить несоответствия, которые становятся причинами низкого качества жилищно-коммунальных услуг. Для повышения качества оказываемых услуг необходимо разработать механизм устранения данных разрывов. Первый разрыв устраняется путем встраивания менеджмента качества в стратегический менеджмент управляющей организации. Второй разрыв предлагается устранить путем доведения политики в области качества до персонала. Третий разрыв можно устранить благодаря разработке и внедрению правильной информационной политики в отношении потребителей жилищно-коммунальных услуг.
