Политические Составляющие Методологического Индивидуализма На Примере Формирования Национальной Инновационной Системы

Abstract

В данной статье тезис о том, что не может быть экономической науки без политического/идеологического содержания, применительно к либерально ориентированному направлению экономической мысли проиллюстрирован на примере развития российской национальной инновационной системы в контексте европейского пространства исследований. Автор утверждает, что конфликты интересов домохозяйств (населения), государства и предприятий чаще всего обусловлены различиями в парадигмах технологической цивилизации, традиционного уклада, формирующейся экотехнологической цивилизации и зарождающейся биологической цивилизации. Решение может быть найдено посредством формирования основ экотехнократической цивилизации, прежде всего методологических, с использованием лучших наработок методологии индивидуализма, сопутствующих и альтернативных концепций.
