Abstract

В статье проводится анализ факторов, оказывающих существенное влияние на формирование направлений исследований в области прогнозирования спроса и предложения труда и компетенций. Авторы дают подробное описание влияния таких факторов как замедление темпов экономического роста; снижение темпов производительности труда; демографический кризис; противоречия в области подготовки кадров; структурный дисбаланс спроса и предложения; новые векторы развития экономики России; развитие новых форм занятости; институциональное развитие среднего класса; геополитические риски. Кроме того, в статье представлена классификация существующих в России методик прогнозирования спроса и предложения труда и компетенций.
