Политика Фрс В Условиях Современного Кризиса

Abstract

Статья представляет собой анализ влияния институциональных особенностей экономики США на практику реализации нетрадиционных мер монетарной политики в условиях современного кризиса. В статье разобраны программы нетрадиционной монетарной политики, проводимые ФРС до и после краха банка Леман Бразерс, проведена систематизация и сравнение действий ФРС США в ходе кризиса на различных стадиях его развития. Детальное исследование конкретных программ, применяемых ФРС для воздействия на экономику в условиях кризиса, показало, что они носили специфический характер. Это было определено, с одной стороны, необходимостью приспособления применяемых мер к текущей ситуации, а, с другой стороны, институциональные особенности финансового рынка США диктовали необходимость воздействия на определенные сектора финансового рынка, а не на весь рынок в целом.
