Abstract

Начавшийся в 2012 г. в России экономический кризис рассматривается как закономерный результат предшествующего развития советской и российской экономики и общества. Масштабы кризиса и динамика экономики анализируются с помощью разработанных авторами альтернативных оценок. В сравнении с данными Росстата, авторские оценки показывают значительно большее падение экономики. Рассматривается влияние кризиса на реальный сектор экономики, финансовую и внешнеторговую сферы, уровень жизни населения. Доказывается, что кризис имеет не циклический характер, а системный, и при существующей экономической политике он станет затяжным. Анализируются возможные стратегии выхода из кризиса, показываются их слабые и сильные стороны.
