Информационно-Сетевые Инструменты Мониторинга Финансовых Операций В Рамках Внешнеторговых Контрактов Евразийского Экономического Союза

Abstract

Открытие экономик и формирование интеграционных объединений, например, Таможенного союза России, Казахстана и Белоруссии способствовало снижению возможности осуществления действенного контроля над операциями, росту теневизации финансовых потоков, если экономические агенты проявляли оппортунистическую модель поведения. За время функционирования Таможенного союза, используя облегченные процедуры прохождения таможенного контроля на внутренних границах, экономические агенты выводили капитал с финансового рынка Российской Федерации. Финансовым коридором для таких операций выступала территория Казахстана. За этими операциями стоит не только незаконный оборот товаров и услуг, но и теневизация финансовых потоков. В статье предлагаются новые инструменты и методы контроля внешнеторговых контрактов Евразийского экономического союза.
