Служба Занятости Населения Ростовской Области: Состояние И Перспективы Развития

Abstract

Проведен анализ деятельности службы занятости населения Ростовской области в 2013-2014 гг., сформулированы проблемы согласованного развития рынка труда (РТ) и экономики региона. Предложен ряд мер по совершенствованию взаимодействия участников рынка труда региона. В разрабатываемой системе выделяются: поисковая подсистема, подсистема оценки компетенций и личностных качеств носителей рабочей силы, подсистема поддержки финансирования бизнеса и производства, подсистема повышения квалификации и переобучения, подсистема анализа, прогнозирования и управления. В частности, предлагается создать онлайн-площадку взаимодействия субъектов РТ, обеспечивающую эффективный поиск рабочей силы и рабочих мест. Акцентируется роль формализованных методов исследования процессов на РТ и принятия управленческих решений.
