Abstract

Мировые процессы глобализации и интеграции экономики выдвигают все более новые и жесткие требования к повышению конкурентоспособности регионов. В качестве показательных критериев конкурентоспособности на первый план выдвигается увеличение производительности труда на основе внедрения инновационных методов и стратегий на всех уровнях управления. Как показал мировой опыт, это возможно с формированием и использованием региональных кластеров. Функционирование кластеров является определенной формой интеграции регионального производства, успешно создающей благоприятные условия для экономического роста региона и повышения его конкурентоспособности в производственной сфере.
