Abstract

В статье раскрывается специфика факторного механизма реализации социальноэкономической политики региона, исследуются актуальные проблемы инновационной динамики как условия ускоренного развития российских регионов, анализируются вопросы эффективности реализации социально-экономической политики региона в условиях инновационной динамики. Особое внимание уделяется исследованию механизма регулирования региональной экономики, который включает меры эффективного воздействия на региональный производственный комплекс и региональные рынки, финансирование региональной производственной и социальной инфраструктуры, а также институциональные инструменты, обеспечивающие устойчивость региональной экономики и региональный рост социально-экономических параметров.
