Развитие Российской Промышленности И Обострение Проблемы Занятости

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются предпосылки обострения проблемы занятости в промышленном секторе российской национальной экономики в контексте спорных моментов о ее развитии в современных условиях. Анализируется широко распространенное суждение о том, что промышленные производства должны решать проблему занятости. Рассматривается, в частности, практика, когда в целях недопущения сокращения рабочих мест на предприятиях промышленности, тратятся значительные усилия бизнеса и государства. Низкая производительность труда, искусственное поддержание социальной значимости промышленного производства, неэффективные механизмы перераспределения трудовых ресурсов в экономике исследуются с позиций влияния промышленности на общее экономическое развитие. Показано, что в структуре занятости сокращение произошло в основном за счет обрабатывающих производств, доля которых в общей структуре существенно сократилась.
