Abstract

В работе рассматриваются актуальные проблемы отечественной электроэнергетики, при этом подчеркивается особая роль региональной экономической политики в формировании устойчивого развития отрасли. Обоснована необходимость применения интегральных, системных подходов к оценке эффективности инвестиционной политики. Рассмотрена возможность применения модели межотраслевого баланса для комплексной оценки влияния проекта на экономику региона.
