Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию динамично растущих компаний юга России «газелей», анализу стратегий и технологий быстрого роста таких предприятий, выявлению и изучению типовых характеристик быстрорастущего бизнеса. В статье раскрываются основные этапы авторской методологии исследования (всего состоящей из 23 этапов), некоторые примеры из кейсов «газелей», развивается идея об унификации управленческих инструментов «газелей» на основе анализа уникальных историй успеха каждой из них.
