Социокультурный Капитал В Стратегиях Управляемой Модернизации: Сравнительный Анализ Иранской И Турецкой Моделей

Abstract

В статье излагаются некоторые результаты сравнительного исследования модернизации в двух исламских государствах: в Иране и в Турции. Рассматривается ряд дискуссионных вопросов. Во-первых, о соотношении роли культуры и менеджмента среди факторов, препятствующих модернизации; иначе говоря, что в большей мере препятствовало успеху модернизации в ряде исламских стран: специфика исламской цивилизации или качество самих реформ? Во-вторых, автор задается вопросом, какую роль в успехе модернизации играет социально-культурная и политическая подготовка общества к радикальным экономическим реформам. Характеристика позитивных результатов реформ Ататюрка в Турции и провал модернизации в Иране, получившей название «Белой революции», подводят читателей статьи к ответам на поставленные вопросы.
