Abstract

В научной и прикладной литературе существует незначительное количество математических моделей, объектом исследования которых являются процессы ГЧП. В то же время, математический инструментарий всегда востребован в прогнозировании результатов проектов, расчете рисков участников проекта, что имеет довольно важное научное и практическое значение. Актуальным становится вопрос о проработке каких-либо имитационных моделей в системе проектов ГЧП, которые бы позволили отследить и проанализировать эффективное взаимодействие участников проектов ГЧП и их экономикоправовые отношения.
