Abstract

Капитализм второй половины ХХ в. показал удивительную живучесть после избавления от Великой депрессии. Вера в безграничные возможности эффективных финансовых рынков вкупе с денежной политикой властей породили иллюзию искоренения серьезных кризисов. Но эта вера была подорвана последним глобальным финансовым кризисом 2008 г. Макроэкономисты должны признать, что в реальности финансовые рынки далеки от идеала, подвержены масштабным иллюзиям и безумию толпы. В статье рассматриваются теоретические положения экономистов посткейнсианского направления, проливающие свет на истоки финансовой нестабильности. Без понимания механизмов нарастания финансовых кризисов, они неизбежно будут о себе напоминать в будущем.
