Модели Реализации Экономического Содержания Акционерной Собственности Как Отражение Современных Тенденций Ее Развития

Abstract

В статье на основе расширенного критерия соотношения концентрации капитала и общих прав голоса разграничены четыре модели реализации экономического содержания акционерной собственности. В ходе исследования определены базовые количественные и качественные характеристики моделей; установлена степень их распространения в экономиках развитых стран. Авторы акцентируют внимание на том, что каждому типу модели соответствуют особенности системы выплат вознаграждения менеджерам, на влиянии акционеров на изменение структурных характеристик советов директоров, на активности участия акционеров в собраниях и на распространении практики раскрытия информации о результатах голосования, определяющих современные тенденции развития отношений акционерной собственности.
