Экономическое Стимулирование Развития Инновационной Деятельности В Сельском Хозяйстве

Abstract

Для формирования целостной системы инновационной деятельности в сельскохозяйственном производстве целесообразно иметь в ее структуре обоснованный механизм управления заинтересованностью в освоении инноваций. В условиях нестабильности социально-экономического состояния страны эта проблема пока не находит своего решения. Практический опыт и анализ механизмов стимулирования научной и инновационной деятельности в России и в зарубежных странах позволяют отметить, что экономическое стимулирование разработки новой научной продукции, ее освоения непосредственно в производственных условиях способствует не только сокращению сроков продвижения новых технологий, технических, химических и биологических средств в сельское хозяйство, но и ускорению интеграции науки и производства.
