Разработка Информационной Системы Планирования И Отчетности Кафедры Вуза На Основе Онтологии Как Инструмента Стратегического Управления Образовательной Организацией

Abstract

На основе анализа проблематики построения информационной системы планирования и отчетности кафедры как элемента системы стратегического управления вузом предложен подход к ее построению как композитного решения. Обосновано использование управляемого онтологией подхода к разработке подобных систем. Приведено описание процесса разработки онтологии предметной области «Планирование и отчетность кафедры».
