Инновационно-Ориентированная Модель Кластерной Политики Приращения Капитала Благосостояния Южно-Российских Регионов

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические аспекты формирования новой модели кластерной политики приращения капитала благосостояния южно-российских регионов в контексте инновационной ориентации современного социально-экономического развития. Показано, что характерным явлением начала XXI в. для социально-экономического развития стран и регионов является кластеризация экономики, что определяет необходимость кластерного подхода к разработке и реализации повышающей конкурентоспособность государственной политики. На основе анализа динамики уровня инновационной активности организаций и параметров качества жизни в регионах РФ выявлена тесная взаимосвязь индикаторов достигнутого уровня благосостояния и уровня инновационной активности субъектов региональной экономики. Предложен и обоснован экспертно-аналитический инструментарий для выработки кластерной политики развития инновационного потенциала капитала благосостояния регионов Юга России.
