Модернизация Мотивационных Механизмов В Условиях Макроэкономической Нестабильности

Abstract

В статье проанализированы концептуальные основы исследования процесса модернизации мотивационных механизмов в условиях макроэкономической нестабильности. Рассмотрены факторы, делающие мотивационный процесс каждого конкретного работника уникальным и не на сто процентов предсказуемым. Проанализировано практическое применение мотивационных механизмов в условиях нестабильности. Приоритет в проведении исследования был сделан на молодежный сегмент рынка труда, поскольку он наиболее востребован для так называемой «неформальной» занятости, т. е. трудовой деятельности, которая, зачастую, не требует четкой специализации и профессионального развития, а также приносит доход, не всегда облагающийся налогом.
