Abstract

В статье анализируется роль прямых иностранных инвестиций (ПИИ) и транснациональных корпораций (ТНК) в условиях модернизации металлургического комплекса и повышения его конкурентоспособности на мировом рынке черной металлургии. Опыт модернизации металлургического комплекса Китая и Индии свидетельствует о том, что ПИИ и ТНК способствуют увеличению объема передачи новых технологий, знаний и новых методов управления, которые являются ключевыми факторами повышения конкурентоспособности отрасли.
