Abstract

В статье выделены особенности рынка услуг, а также определены его проблемы. Проанализированы основные законодательные акты, регулирующие деятельность предприятий сферы услуг. Предложены основные направления национального регулирования сферы услуг. Современные перспективы развития институциональных основ регулирования сферы услуг пространственных экономических систем являются логическим продолжением ведущейся работы по формированию единых стандартов функционирования услуговых предприятий, внедрению современных технологий в процесс обслуживания потребителей, повышению степени удовлетворенности целевых аудиторий.
