Abstract

В статье исследуются особенности развития теории и практики управления персоналом в «научный период». Выявлены причины трансформации подходов, методов и принципов управления работниками. Показано, под влиянием каких условий меняются взгляды на процессы управления персоналом, как эволюционирует трактовка базовых управленческих категорий. Рассмотрены достоинства и недостатки, сходства и отличия классического и гуманистического направлений в управлении персоналом, а также входящих в них школ. В заключительной части статьи рассматриваются особенности современного этапа развития теории и практики управления персоналом.
