Abstract

В статье рассмотрен ряд проблем, связанных решением задач по деофшоризации экономики, обусловливающих необходимость разработки системы мероприятий, направленных на активизацию антиофшорной политики международного сообщества и сокращение оттока капитала в налоговые оазисы. Причины расширения экономической политики деофшоризации связаны с преодолением последствий глобального экономического кризиса, обострением долговых и бюджетных проблем в развитых и развивающихся странах. Также в статье актуализируются задачи разработки устойчивого институционального механизма, направленного на ограничение развития офшорных финансовых сетей и реализацию модели справедливого налогообложения.
