Abstract

В условиях вступления России во ВТО значительно усилилась роль Торгово-промышленной палаты России как ключевого элемента инфраструктуры малого и среднего предпринимательства, адаптирующего его к сложным современным экономическим процессам. Принята новая стратегия развития Палаты. На ТПП РФ возложены функции по обеспечению деятельности Уполномоченного при Президенте РФ по защите прав предпринимателей в части малого и среднего бизнеса. Интеграция этих элементов инфраструктуры определила новые возможности реализации поддержки предпринимательства в стране.
